skekSa is in her tavern this day the Nexus, both her and the Sifa dressed in extravagant outfits even by her standards. There's one Sifa wearing an eye patch, a couple with feathered hats that match the Captain's, and . Flint and Silver are perched on a rafter, watching the goings-on with excitement. Vhinsir is looking over visitors to make sure they meet the rules set for the day, but the overall atmosphere is one of celebration.

Feathered hats, longcoats, bandanas, swords, eye patches, anything "piratey". You know the works.
Free drinks for a month to actual pirates.
